These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Blue Fission Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Blue Fission Studio provides design and development services, including but not limited to:

• WordPress website development
• Custom plugin and theme development
• Deceptive pattern audits and redesign consulting
• UI/UX strategy and ethical redesign case studies

All services are subject to individual contracts or agreements that define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide all necessary access, assets, and information in a timely manner
• Respond to communication and feedback requests within agreed timeframes
• Honor payment schedules as outlined in project contracts or invoices

Delays caused by lack of client response or access may result in adjusted timelines or rescheduling fees.

3. Ethical Boundaries

We do not work on projects involving surveillance, manipulation, discrimination, predatory business models, or dark patterns. We reserve the right to decline or terminate projects that violate our ethical standards.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Clients retain ownership of all final deliverables upon full payment
• We retain ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methods
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted by contract

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are specified in project contracts. Unless otherwise stated:

• A deposit is required to begin work
• Final payment is due upon project delivery or at agreed milestones
• Late payments may incur fees or service suspension

Refunds are not provided for completed services. If a project is canceled before completion, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion based on work completed.

6. Timeline & Revisions

Estimated timelines are provided during project planning and may shift due to scope changes or unforeseen delays. Revisions are limited to those outlined in the project contract. Additional revisions or scope expansions may incur additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we are not liable for:

• Client misuse or alteration of deliverables
• Performance issues arising from third-party services or platforms
• Damages resulting from project delays or cancellations

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. We will not share proprietary client information, assets, or communications without consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Blue Fission Studio is a creative service division of Blue Fission. These Terms apply only to studio engagements and not to Innovation Lab projects or research systems.
